These Terms of Service govern your use of Milestone, a service operated by JangleMonkey.com. By creating an account or uploading photos, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. By using Milestone, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of any photos, videos, or other content you upload. By uploading, you grant JangleMonkey.com a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display your content solely to operate the service (e.g., showing uploads in the event dashboard, fulfilling print orders you request).

You confirm that:

  • You have the right to share any content you upload.
  • Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Your content does not contain illegal material, explicit content involving minors, or content that harasses or threatens others.

4. Host responsibilities

If you create an event as a host, you are responsible for ensuring that guests who upload photos have been informed that their data (name, email, photos) will be collected and handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You must not use Milestone for events where guests have not consented to data collection.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to share.
  • Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Service availability

We provide this service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JangleMonkey.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or content. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (which may be $0, as the service is currently free).

You agree to indemnify and hold JangleMonkey.com harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these terms.
